2013 Resolution


2013 剛開始,可是我已經忙到頭昏腦脹。先不說工作又多繁重及瑣碎,私人事務也夠我們煩一陣子(應用會是好幾個月吧!)亦因此(其實懶惰才是主因),這個部落格才會荒廢了達半年之久,真的很對不起呢。

其實每年年尾,我和友人K及友人N都會為來年寫下一些計劃,今年亦不例外。以下便是我為2013作出的計劃。有些進行的蠻不錯,可有些要再加把勁,比如說美容以及溫習進程。就我來說,我很希望今年我的個人體重能夠達標以及順利考取N4資格。畢竟學習日文是多年的心願,而現在還自己付費上課,如果還像以前一樣胡混的話,真的說不過去。

2013 Resolution

Beauty
·         Every Morning
o   Cleansing + Toner Mask + CE + Phyto + B5 +Moisturizer + Sunblock
o   Office: Body Lotion for hand, elbow & feet
·         Every Night
o   Cleansing + Toner Mask + Phyto + B5 +Moisturizer + Sunblock
o   Toner  for chest + elbow + legs
o   Body Lotion & Feet Gel
·         Body Scrub & Feet Soaping
o   Once every TWO weeks
·         Facial Schedule
o   Clarisonic : Every Wed + Fri
o   GelPlus: Every Sun
o   Hitachi: Every Wed (3 steps) + Sun (Complete)
o   Every Quarter, 肌斷食 for 2 weeks

Saving Target
·         S$15,000 (if buy a hse in 2013, this is the saving goal)
·         S$ 40,000 - $40,000 (if nthg happen in 2013, this would be the saving goal)

Travelling Plan
·         Japan (April)
·         Hong Kong (Aug, TBC)
·         Myanmar (Dec, TBC)

Personal Development
·         Continuing Japanese Class
·         Pass N4 in 2012
·         Spend 30 mins every night for Japanese
·         While travelling to work, memorize 30-40 vocabs 

Health & Lifestyle
·         Weight Goal: 50Kg (Ideal: 48kg)
·         Homemade Breakfast (Light Tuna Mayo/ Egg Mayo / Steam Bun / 馬玉山+ Boil Egg)
·         Fruits (Kiwi +Orange / Tangerine/ Grapes)
·         Pack Lunch Twice a week
·         Drink a glass of water every morning
·         Drink a glass of soya milk every day (try to坐熱)
·         Avoid cold drink
·         Avoid consuming carbohydrates at night
·         No more liquid consumption after 9pm
·         白鳳丸 & Kawaii CE + Ca every Mon-Fri
·         Exercise at least twice a week
o   Yoga every Sun b4 Jap class
o   Kickboxing every Thur
o   鄭多燕mat exercise

Cooking  
·         Enhance the dishes that I already knew (stable / need not to look at recipes again)
·         Breadmaking (had a breadmaker, need to explore)
·         15-20 new dishes
