2014 Resolution

Saving Target:
  • S$18,000 - 20,000
 Traveling Plan:
  • Taiwan / NL / HK
 Personal Development:
  • Continue Japanese Study
  • Take N3 Exam
  • Spend two nights (1 hour) a week for Japanese Revision
  • Memorize 30 Jap vocabs while traveling to work
 Beauty
  • Use Cruelty Free Products
  • Every Quarter (Mar / Jun / Sep / Dec) 肌斷食 for 1 week
  • Morning – Basic Skin Care + Sunblock
  • Basic Make up (Eyebrow / Eyeliner / Mascara)
  • Night – Skin Care with 3 mins cotton pad masks + foot care
 Health & Lifestyle
  • Weight Goal: 50kg
  • Tue + Wed + Fri – Vegetarian Meals
  • One Fruit every morning and night
  • Pack Lunch at least three times a week
  • Drink a glass of warm water every morning
  • Take 白鳳丸 from Mon – Fri (except during menses)
  • Take folic acid + vitamin CE + Cal every day
  • Yoga twice a week / Brisk Walking from Marymount to Home Twice a week 
  • Try not to eat after 20:30
  • Try not to drink after 21:00
  • Try going to bed on or before 23:00

  • Look for new job / change to part- time
 Cooking
  • Bread-making
  • Learn 10 -15 quick & easy dishes (15mins or less)
  • Learn 5 – 8 Chinese / Western Soup
  • Plan cooking schedule in weekends
 Special
  • Explore and see if can start a small online shop
  • Sold 50 items in one year
  • Regular update of my blogs
