2013 Review

睇返上年寫既野,好多都唔達標. 有啲都好唔realistic, 所以2014個計劃要實在啲,咁可行性應該會提高唔少!

2013 Resolution

Beauty
·         Every Morning
o   Cleansing + Toner Mask + CE + Phyto + B5 +Moisturizer + Sunblock  (50%)
o   Office: Body Lotion for hand, elbow & feet ( 手同手肘有做到,完全忽略了腳)
·         Every Night
o   Cleansing + Toner Mask + Phyto + B5 +Moisturizer + Sunblock (50%=.=)
o   Toner  for chest + elbow + legs (30%,忘記了心口部份)
o   Body Lotion & Feet Gel (10%, 做了toner 唔記得搽loction)
·         Body Scrub & Feet Soaping
o   Once every TWO weeks (100%)
·         Facial Schedule
o   Clarisonic : Every Wed + Fri (70%)
o   GelPlus: Every Sun (30%)
o   Hitachi: Every Wed (3 steps) + Sun (Complete) (我諗我如果一星期有做一次應該已經叫好好)
o   Every Quarter, 肌斷食 for 2 weeks (100%)
Saving Target
·         S$15,000 (if buy a hse in 2013, this is the saving goal) (80%, 多左幾項特發開支, 駛多左錢)
·         S$ 40,000 - $40,000 (if nthg happen in 2013, this would be the saving goal)
Travelling Plan
·         Japan (April)
·         Hong Kong (Aug, TBC)
·         Myanmar (Dec, TBC)
     去左日本2次,返左香港同荷蘭1次
Personal Development
·         Continuing Japanese Class
·         Pass N4 in 2012
·         Spend 30 mins every night for Japanese (每日30分鐘..變成星期6 或日 溫習2時, 而同係不定期)
·         While travelling to work, memorize 30-40 vocabs (冇做過)
Health & Lifestyle
·         Weight Goal: 50Kg (Ideal: 48kg) (51-52kg..ok啦)
·         Homemade Breakfast (Light Tuna Mayo/ Egg Mayo / Steam Bun / 馬玉山+ Boil Egg) (100%)
·         Fruits (Kiwi +Orange / Tangerine/ Grapes) (80%)
·         Pack Lunch Twice a week (80-90%)
·         Drink a glass of water every morning (80%, 返工先做到)
·         Drink a glass of soya milk every day (try to坐熱) (冇做過..太麻煩)
·         Avoid cold drink (70%, 新加坡太熱,好難唔飲凍野..)
·         Avoid consuming carbohydrates at night (80%)
·         No more liquid consumption after 9pm (90%)
·         白鳳丸 & Kawaii CE + Ca every Mon-Fri (60%)
·         Exercise at least twice a week
o   Yoga every Sun b4 Jap class (轉左星期六上日文, yoga 有時2點上,有時平日上)
o   Kickboxing every Thur (冇做)
o   鄭多燕mat exercise (10%)

·         Enhance the dishes that I already knew (stable / need not to look at recipes again)
·         Breadmaking (had a breadmaker, need to explore)
