Marie Rose Sauce
Basis of making Prawn Cocktail and could be serve to different seafood
Ingredients:
300 ml
Mayonnaise
75g ketchup
30 ml brandy
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 Teaspoons cayene pepper
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and then season to taste with salt and pepper.
